Last wednesday when i was sitting in my cab to office, i noticed one of the auto rickshaws having a promo sign of a web site on its back! wow, it seems like web sites are promoting them like paan gutkaa waalas… anything goes it seeems/
anyway, it spurred me to think – if there are any good web sites on gurgaon. so when i was in office i looked up google.com to search for sites on gurgaon. and guess what i found… not much… first i found the site called wikipedia, which is essentially a the encyclopedia on the internet.
i found sites like naukri .com and magicbricks.com . i also discovered that there is a site called www.gurgaon.com - quite obvious. It had some interesting articles about call centre industry. a whole lot of sites on property in gurgaon. my god, the property boom in gurgaon has created so many property web sites. but i found one nicely made site called 99acres.com – which was better than most even though it was not only for gurgaon.
this is giving me some ideas – maybe there should be a site which can host blogs of bloggers like me of a particular region?
